Liz Seaman

Education/Experience
With 30 years of nursing experience and nearly 25 years supporting families in infant feeding and natural parenting, Liz brings deep compassion and expertise to every family she serves. Her journey began with her own breastfeeding challenges, leading her to La Leche League, where she became a leader and advocate for informed, nurturing parenting.
Since 2002, Liz has been board-certified in lactation. She has led hospital lactation teams, facilitated postpartum groups, and taught childbirth education. She now offers personalized in-home and virtual breastfeeding support across southwestern Connecticut.
A board-certified nurse coach, Liz also helps individuals navigate life transitions by addressing generational patterns and negative self-talk, guiding them back to joy and authenticity.

Kelly Sloan
BSN, RN, Birth Doula, CPYT, CLC, IBCLC
Education/Experience
Kelly Sloan is an experienced Mother & Baby Nurse and Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She has been drawn to support and empower women since 2017 when she became a Certified Birth Doula and Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher. This passion only intensified after she became a mother to her daughter Aida in 2019.
Through her own trials and tribulations in postpartum and with breastfeeding, she saw the need for more holistic, comprehensive, and individualized postpartum care. Kelly’s philosophy is strongly rooted in the belief that if we help mothers, babies and families thrive, we help the world thrive!
In her spare time she enjoys adventuring with her daughter Aida and son Ewan, hiking, cooking, yoga, and being a student of life!
