Specializing in women’s health, intuitive eating, and body image, Nicole believes in a holistic and balanced approach to eating- one that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit. Her work spans one-on-one counseling, group/community education, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide the most supportive and effective care.
