Why Pelvic Floor Therapy Matters After Birth
Your body has carried so much, literally and emotionally. After birth, it’s common to feel disconnected from your core, surprised by new discomfort, or unsure what’s “normal.” Pelvic floor therapy offers a gentle, restorative approach to help you heal from the inside out. During pregnancy and childbirth, the pelvic floor muscles can stretch, weaken, or become injured, affecting everything from bladder control to intimacy. Our pelvic health specialists work with you to relieve symptoms like leaking, pelvic pain, abdominal separation, and pressure, without shame or pressure.
